The Matian Firm APC, is a fantastic firm to work for, extremely competitive requiring your very best every single day. allowing for and rewarding your personal growth. You can never rely on what you did yesterday but measure your success on a daily basis. This is not for the meek or weak at hear. You have to be super resilient.

Cons

The hours are super long and arduous requiring a dedicated effort to the roll and job with the commitment to make your self available 6 sometimes 7 days a week.

Stop asking former attorney to file motions for substitution on your behalf especially if you are not even offering to pay them. They have already performed many hours of free work on your behalf after they stopped working there.
