The Matian Firm is a growing company that allows existing employees or new employees to grow within the firm. Supervisors are willing to help you and allow you to expand your knowledge on different type of cases: (Criminal, Immigration, Civil or Labor Law). The Firm values suggestions from employees and they see us as family.

Cons

Since the firm company is growing rapidly at times it seems as though the workload is never ending. Hiring more paralegals in order to provide better customer service would be helpful.

This is a growing company and at times the work load seems insurmountable, but the company is going out of its way to make the schedule manageable. Attorneys are required to come in for 1 Saturday every 6-7 weeks Benefits are minimal, health insurance and disability, but no retirement plan
