Pros

I feel appreciated for the work I do by both management and peers, and as a employee, you are definitely made to feel like your work matters to the company. It always feels exciting to work here, even if the Patriots are in the off season. There is also great review process to be sure you are meeting goals, both the company's and your own. They also provide cool perks and fun benefits. Overall, it's a great place to work!

Cons

The days can be long and sometimes the work load is heavy.
