-many incentives to work with The Kraft Group -leads to more jobs within the company -there is no tolerance for violence/harassment in the workplace

-potentially dealing with difficult customers -attendance at important events is strict -customer service can be alittle overdone

Great energy, always things to learn and people to help you along the way. Always more opportunities.

Cons

I have to work for concerts and games. I cant attend them, BUT i don't have to pay for tickets and still get a great experience whole being paid to be there.
