Orientation is very informative and packed with energy. Covered a lot of ground concerning policies and plans, but in an organized way that kept my attention. The "host" is a delight and her enthusiasm has kept the day from becoming boring and mundane.

Cons

No water bottles supplied at conference table for orientation day.
