Pros

Full package, salary, discounts, travel opportunity

Cons

They don’t value their staff. They’re threatening you “politely” for calling sick. Insurance is the worst, you can’t go to any doctor without prior approval (that takes full day to come to the office to their doctor to give you a referral). Sometimes they just say there’s no need to see the specialist (but it’s your right and you always have to make up things to get a referral)
