Slow growth

Pros

Perks. Holidays carried over if they fall on a weekend and business class tickets anywhere Emirates and it’s partners fly.

Cons

No growth. Was forced to start as a consultant (no benefits) and had to fight till after four years was absorbed into the company. Was promised promotions based on performance but manager changed 4 times. At the end of a decade was made redundant illogically. Compensation was quite poor.
