Pros

Training and travel. Poor pay and no bonuses.

Cons

Racist treatment by insecure and less educated Indian superiors who are the majority. Too much politics. Need a smart mouth and boot licking to survive.Poor pay. 50% of Etihad.

Pros

Great Airline and the trainings are good and in depth and you get to learn a lot as you work in this company. You can become a good customer care person and it helps in strengthening this skill as you deal with difficult customers that are very demanding. Its a multicultural organization so here you are able to learn about different cultures which is a plus. The discounted tickets are good during vacation use as you are able to travel cheaply and also you get to see different destinations freely when you go during your layovers.

Cons

My biggest challenge with working with this organization is that you get to wake up quite early to prepare for work or also sometimes you are required to work at night which makes it difficult to have a routine or normal night sleep. In this case you end up tired most of the time and you are left with no energy to use during your free days.
