Thank you for sharing your experience. We value all opinions as they help us reflect and improve. We're sorry that not all parts of your journey with us were positive. We understand that being part of our cabin crew can be physically demanding and that some layovers may feel short because of the route and operational requirements. And while many of our crew members still take the time to explore during shorter stays, we know how important rest and recovery are for both your wellbeing and maintaining the high standards of service our customers expect. We continue to explore ways to enhance the overall crew experience while balancing the needs of a global airline. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Pros

Easy onboarding, fair payment, multicultural environment

Cons

Unfair distribution of flying hours, leave out allowances only for married employees or immediate family members, and unjust distribution of living accommodations. Poor medical coverage - due to incompetent medical professionals hired by the Emirates Group.

Thanks for sharing. We value all feedback as it helps us to continuously improve. Salary and benefits are two of the main factors for an employee to choose to work for a company. And we recognise that financial wellbeing is a huge factor in overall job satisfaction. Our comprehensive package includes a competitive salary, accommodation, healthcare, travel opportunities and a range of lifestyle benefits. We also regularly review our pay and benefits package to make sure that it stays competitive and aligned with current market conditions. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We wish you all the best in the next chapter of your journey.
