      Pros

      Good corporate company, they pay on time.

      Cons

      Horizontal career moves are very limited and you may face domination of some nationalities and may not get an opportunity to move forward due to that reason. That profit share - bonus never comes. Before the fiscal year end, they do aircraft orders and payments and nobody gets a fair profit share. So, forget about the profit share.

      - The company provides an excellent and professional work environment. - They treat employees equally. - Provide advanced technological working equipment. - Safety measures are taken seriously.

      Cons

      - Asking a lot from the employees while with minimum motivation. - The career growth is limited after a period of time. - It is clear that the employees are replaceable easily. - Hard working conditions in many cases.
