Pros

Stable company. Airline tickets. Company brand. HR is very pro active.

Cons

Medical insurance is not fair for all. Middle managers must reach out to the lower ranking staffs to see and understand their financial situation, there are big gaps between salaries which is actually pulling down the morale of the lower rank employees even though there is little distinction between job responsibilities.

Pros

Training and travel. Poor pay and no bonuses.

Cons

Racist treatment by insecure and less educated Indian superiors who are the majority. Too much politics. Need a smart mouth and boot licking to survive.Poor pay. 50% of Etihad.
