      1.Poor IT management 2.Quality or technical knowledge never helps for carrier promotion only group politics helps 3.Treat like govt comp so no one work properly on top layer IT management and HR

      Pros

      travel benefits and annual leave living in dubai good hub to travel the world excellent opportunity to work with colleagues from all around the world supportive managers mostly

      Cons

      Overwork in certain positions, poor work life balance low salaries compared to the market lack of management capabilities in certain departments and inefficiencies. Some departments backwards compared to home country very bureaucratic, can be frustrating getting things done at time, but this is not unique to Emirates and is a frustration living in Dubai on the whole
