Pros

Fast-paced, physical work on a 20 +/- person team. Good as a part-time source of income. Less stressful than service industry (restaurant) work.

Cons

High pressure to move so fast that you trip over yourself and your teammates. Constantly changing products. Pricing and labeling system is terrible. Products do not match the labels and prices on the shelf. Tedious consideration of hundreds of products. The process should be simpler.

An organized company to work for. Systems are in place. They teach their new employees step by step to do well on their job. Respectful to everyone. Part time benefits in effect immediately after hire. Amazing people with great work ethic.
