Politics, Unprofessional, Inappropriate, Little to near zero opportunities for all, Development and growth is impossible if you’re not favored by the GM, Diversity in the management team is limited to skin color, ways of working and thinking, tongue lashing during operating hours from management in front of customers, Retaliation by reducing hours and no work life balance. BURNOUT!!!
