      Pros

      The only real pro is its past: when I started in the early 2010's, it was a dream job. Working in one of the healthiest development environments I've ever seen where the business respected our knowledge and worked with us to provide strong software solutions.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, that changed during my last few years of employment there. The best and brightest left, and as usual, new and/or lesser-knowledgable people ended up making poor strategic decisions.

      Pros

      Nicely designed office environment and on-site dining room

      Cons

      Open floor plan and overly chatty coworkers make focusing on work extremely hard. Weekly “team building” mandatory offsite lunches with coworkers - unnecessary and beyond tedious.
