      Pros

      You have a very supportive management team and a consistent work schedule as a full-time employee. As a sales specialist, you get great discounts on items and an excellent price to get a new closet. You have to be able to connect with customers and sell products that can help their organizational needs. You can get a schedule that works with other activities you might be involved in. If you love to be organized and would like to learn about new organizational products, you will love it.

      Cons

      You have to work one day on the weekend. Some days could be faster at the retail store. At times, there may be little to do. There is little excitement at times. Things can sometimes get redundant. You may have to find something exciting or keep your interests up outside work.
