      Flexibility, team oriented, decent pay, good sales and discounts

      Cons

      Haphazard hours, micromanagement, some customers were incredibly rude and impatient, comments made by my ‘superiors’ were less than professional and what is required in a workplace

      Terrible leadership all the way from the regional director. High school drama created by the store manager. Secretly coercing employees to report on each other

      good starting pay, nice people to work with, enjoyed the physical activity over a desk job, appreciated the kronos app to request days/time off in advance or view schedule, positive reinforcement for jobs well done,

      Cons

      employee and management turnover, not enough people on the floor for support or to take breaks, required to clean bathrooms which could sometimes be disgusting, no pay raise opportunity while I was there, too much pressure to sign up customers in their pop perks program, as all retail establishments there is pressure to sell, no ability for full time hours so almost everyone there has 2 jobs
