Pros

The customers are great and it's fun helping people get organized. Dress code is causal.

Cons

The full time employees look down up the part time employees. Management is poor. Hours promised are far less than a person actually gets, yet they keep hiring and the pay isn't all that great for what they expect you to do. The Container Store promised a lot to their employees but delivers much less. You get offered insurance as a part-time employee, yet they don't even give you enough hours to pay for half of it. 8 to 9 hours a week isn't really worth coming into work for.

Pros

great discount and the part-time employees are wonderful. I felt like I got loads of training so I was able to best help customers pretty quickly. I love the customers and enjoy helping them organize their lives.

Cons

full-time team looks down on the part-time members. The schedule is posted 3 days out and is difficult to change. You are expected to not needed time of on days you are normally not scheduled just in case they need you.

Flexible Schedule, Decent Pay for Part-Time Retail, Good Communication from Leadership, Even Part-Time employees are given lots of responsibilities, All employees are well educated with college degrees.

Cons

Not a whole lot of career advancement possibilities within the store
