they put alot of prime timers on 3 hour shifts, then the hire new people at less money. everything is sell sell sell, don't only sell them what they need but sell them alot of things they don't need. One of the first things we learned in foundation day was that tcs takes care of its employees first in turn the employees take care of our customers and making money becomes easy, now they just want the Money. everything here is money money money. Most of us at our store laugh when we miss goal because we don't care anymore, you can't treat us this poorly and expect any different. Another good laugh is at huddle when the managers cheer and celebrate goals , we all just look at each other and roll our eyes

weird half pay for overtime is that legal? no room for advancement or to learn other things no praise just a lot of talk about what you need to do better say no layoffs but a lot of people have disappeared did they all REALLY quit during a depression? unrealistic expectations managers spend all their time in the back room want us to read stuff and watch stuff without pay cant get all the communication because it costs money to listen to
