      Pros

      You'll receive a specific amount of training and you'll feel as though you've been properly equipped to do your job. The company already has such a great rapport with its customers, that customers already trust employees. There's a genuine sort of trust among customers and workers so much so that you begin to form friendships with customers. The company has a great approach to hiring and interviewing, also.

      Cons

      I'm part time, so I don't really experience the types of negatives that full-time employees would. But I've heard that it's hard to move up in the company or move from part-time to full-time, probably because the turn-over in the company is not quick...everyone wants to stay!

      Great benefits, great starting pay, a real team environment.

      Wasn't given the opportunity to perform other tasks, was mostly kept in the stock room.

      Pros

      From training to working on the sales floor or with stock- my experience at TCS was awesome. You will develop the feeling of pride with the company and it's products. They pay and treat you well so you can treat others well. I really loved working at TCS (it's a plus if you love the store already, and if you don't- you'll learn to)- this job spoiled other retail jobs for me for sure. Casual attire is awesome- though I was never really fond of the aprons the sales team wears. It's definitely a positive and uplifting environment to be a part of.

      Cons

      It requires labor and commitment to be a dedicated team member. This is not a job where you sit around and look pretty, you will definitely work. If organization is not your thing, you will either learn to make it your thing or you'll be miserable stacking boxes, that's for sure.
