      Pros

      They only hire the best so the people you'll work with will be upbeat and considerate. You'll rely on each other a lot so you rarely feel like you're alone when a problem arises.

      Cons

      Extremely demanding for retail- everyone must be an expert. Zero commission when designing and selling closets. Horrible decisions by executives. Also zero diversity- my store is an all white female team, while the managers are all men.

      Pros

      I loved the teams I worked with and felt like I was contributing in an impactful way. Lots of variety in your daily tasks. Employee discount is great. If stability is not a problem, this can be a great place to work.

      Cons

      Salary increases are few and far between. Other benefits (401K) continue to shrink or be cancelled. Job eliminations are becoming too common. No longer a great place for a long term career.
