      Pros

      The 1 = 3 policy pretty much ensures that you are only working with great people. Everyone there is high energy and fun to interact with. Everyone is eager to help you learn as well.

      Cons

      Getting all of the sales stickers off of merchandise after a big campaign is a pain. With over 10,000 products, it's very difficult to make sure all the sale stickers get changed. If you miss one, and then the customer wants 10 of that product, we have to honor the sale price.

      Pros

      - They are very picky with who they hire, so you rarely work with anyone who isn't really fun to work with and they typically pull their own weight if not go above and beyond. - 401k matching is exceptional and available to all employees over a year in. - Employee discount on almost all merchandise is 40%. elfa discount is 50%.

      Cons

      - Since being sold, most of the upper management comes from the outside as opposed to any movement from within, so there is a lot of morale lost when there are people looking to climb up in the company. - They claim to be an employee first culture, and that communication is leadership, but, since the recession, they are bent on finding any way to make that extra dollar and it always comes down to getting more from less, which stresses the employees further and eventually degrades the workplace into that of any other retail establishment.
