Pros
Earn great pay, especially if you work 6 days per week. Tips can range from $20 to +$100, depending on size of install and the neighborhood customer lives in. Flexible hours: schedule set every 2 weeks. You can request days/weeks off if you provide 2 weeks notice.
Cons
Most customers are great, but some can be very difficult. Lots of driving. About 75% of the time, orders you pick up from the store are missing materials. Very inconvenient for you and the customer, especially when you have to drive 45 minutes back to the store for one missing part, 45 min back to customers home. You are expected to finish installs in the same day (unless it's a large job). All the added drive time makes this tough.
