Excellent benefits, family atmosphere, room for growth and development, transparency, condensed workweek schedules available with shift increases for certain shifts
Cons
Long hours, periodic mandatory overtime requirements, no raise provided for equipment training or trainer positions—both of which require a significant increase in responsibilities. Nominal flat pay raise structure (i.e. in the form of cents, or $1) leave many employees indifferent to or uninterested in promotions as responsibility load doesn’t adequately reflect pay)
