Pros

Everyone is super enthusiastic and super helpful; everyone wants to help eachother grow. Management is kind and supportive. Everyone is like a family, including the executives! There is a lot to learn and it's a great company.

Cons

When starting out you kind of get stuck working the truck merchandising and processing shifts with not too much time on the sales floor. It's hard to become full-time.

Managers are great; training is fun and interactive; very positive environment with encouragement; customers each have different organizational problems so creating a solution is continually exciting; coworkers want you to succeed and are willing to help you

Cons

High expectations of employees (but that's not necessarily bad!); there is a lot of information to process but it's worth it

one of the best retail jobs I ever had! great store and worked with good people. benefits for part-time employees available.

Cons

management plays favorites, high turn-over, in what should have been a lawsuit I was told to stop speaking my native language on the sales floor as it made other associates uncomfortable. a store manager at a nearby store also sexually harassed me on more than one occasion.
