Not much - it's so wanna be perfect company BUT in reality it's such a JOKE!!

Cons

Poor management - lazy environment - those withOUT any kind of work ethics can move up very fast by kissing people rear end!!!! Stock Holders beware - TCS is a waste of energy and investment - it's the biggest freak circus ever!!!!!

You will find yourself working with some of the most supportive & giving people around if your staff has been there 5+ years.

Cons

Little advancement. We're losing most of our best people as they seek a living wage. Hours cut for part timers as part of payroll limiting. Management more focused on current catch phrases than employee satisfaction. Turnover is increasing. Hearing more & more disappointment from those who remember a more encouraging environment.

Pros

Great working environment, its more like a family setting. The pay is competitive.

Cons

Company went public and the employee first culture that they once emphasized and highlighted is now "shareholders first culture". There's no HR, therefore checks and balances cease to exist. Company is expanding quickly without implementing the proper tools in order to meet the demands of the business. Payroll is always an issue and therefore the customers suffer waiting on long lines and receive rushed service b/c staffing is bleak.
