      Good place for a second job

      Pros

      Good environment, everyone is very helpful, they take the time to help you do a job right and if you have questions, they are very patient. Also really good place if you are a student or need a part time job aside from a day job etc.

      Cons

      I can't think of any really, not a big fan of retail but this job isn't really like any other retail related job I have ever had. Its fun, and the customers aren't bad.

      Pros

      Company provides excellent training, amazing discounts and other benefits. Get the impression top management "walks the walk". Definite team atmosphere amongst associates.

      Cons

      Store managers were focused on negatives, especially with longer term employees. Seemed to hire ill-suited employees and then let them flail, hurting overall morale. GM not open to constructive feedback.
