Pros

Worked with some of the best people on earth. Most were very helpful and friendly. Hours are pretty flexible and the discount is awesome.

Cons

Then again, some people weren't amazing to work with and allowed personal feelings to affect decision making. You'll be expected to do A LOT for, in the grand scheme of things, very little. It's challenging to move from a p/t role to a f/t role within the sales department.

Pros

Very flexible hours, great co-workers, nice customer base ... great employee discount.

Cons

If you are a part timer ("prime timer"), you are a part timer -- pretty much for good. There is very little chance you will ever make it to full time or management unless all the folks currently in those positions magically move on .... Full time openings in the store are often filled by transfer of full timers from other stores.

- Really fun working environment - Great pay - Lots of paid training - Good work out walking around so much - Very generous employee discount of 40% off

Cons

TCS offers VERY FEW full time positions. I have a theory that the reason that they offer so few full-time positions is the fact that they do pay a generous salary and don't want to have to pay for employee benefits in addition to that. They have also taken away 401k for part timers.
