- Occult culture. - Horrendous leadership. District manager is a serious JOKE everyone laughs at her and bad mouths her even when she is still in the room. (Not that she doesn’t deserve it) - Store manager could be a serial killer. No seriously. JP is a serious narcissist that somehow was assigned to run a million dollar business. Consistently snaps at everyone and then confetti bombs you to make up for it. NOT A JOKE. - you literally are forced to work for free. The store director and operations manager compete with each other who can stay at work the longest and if you god forbid head home at a reasonable hour you get badmouthed and treated terribly. - HOSTILE work place -Retaliatory to the MAX
