Pros

Sweet people who work there, fan base of customers who are usually happy, dedicated managers who really try hard

Cons

Too much cultish KoolAid foisted upon you about how great TCS is. Often very few hours available and everyone starts on the horrible early morning truck shifts. They make it seem like there are opportunities for growth, but l think that is a gross exaggeration. There really aren't any.

They really do care about the employees. They are always giving shout-outs to achievements. Everyone is more than willing to jump in and help out wherever needed. They really do find the best people.

Cons

The schedule is all over the place. No consistency at all. It can be tough to keep track of when you are working.
