      Pros

      Some coworkers are pretty cool.

      Cons

      Pay is bad with economy. Micro managing is outrageous. They will work you to the point your body gives out and then blame you for it. The threats are veiled as advice. We have been told this last year that we were doing okay just be told last minute that sales are drastically down. Overworked and highly under paid, especially in 100+ degree weather.

      There’s usually a good team of people and most work well together

      Cons

      The company has become more focused on profit since this CEO that they’ve lost the overall feeling of team and making it a good place to work. Hours and jobs are being cut. The management left are expected to do most things in the store since there are so little employees getting hours. They’ve taken away any incentive for anyone to want to stay. Used to be such a great place to work.

      Wonderful co-workers who became life-long friends. Great discount.

      Cons

      This company once prided itself on an employee-first focus. Unfortunately, too many outsiders have been brought in for store management as well as upper management positions, and this is no longer the case. Pay is not commensurate with the expectations of full-time employees.
