The culture in the store has changed. only the turnover is promoted and not enough employees so that the quality of the service is lost. The atmosphere is like in a discount store.

Where do I start. Management is very 2 faced, where they will say one thing but do the other. They don't care about your input even though they "ask" for it. If you ask for help most of the time they don't know how to help, or they will just do it themselves because obviously don't trust anyone to do anything correctly. The manager of Order Processing is terrible. He is over bearing over controlling and down right terrible. He tends to do things the hard way and chooses things that can and will hurt other employees in the future. He wont except any input and will say "your telling me how to do my job"
