Pros
Working Retail has its challenges and its rewards, for sure. If you're going to work Retail, The Container Store is the company to work for. The environment, the culture and the people make it an incredibly rewarding company to work for. Lots of amazing products (and a fantastic employee discount!!) and lots of way to be creative.
Cons
Like any Retail career, the biggest downside, is the schedule. The Container Store does plan and schedule three weeks out, so you always know when you're working but it is a schedule that includes a mixture of mornings, nights and weekends and there are never two days off together.
