great employees, hard workers, positive intentions

Cons

employees are underpaid in the industry. They used to be paid competitively but with the cost of living increasing it is not enough money to live off of. Can't keep part time employees so you are always having to rehire and people leave because they get more money at other companies. The company used to do so much training and now they just throw employees out into the wild. Foundation principles are those of the past. Too many people you have to contact to get issues resolved. With limited employees working and consistent customer issues it is beyond a stressful work enviornment.

You will get plenty of opportunities to work in higher positions Starting pay is $17 or if you work nights than $18 Some of supervisors are approachable and easy to talk to including 1 or 2 managers Some Managers and Supervisors understand the workload and care about the workers

Cons

Opportunities you get In higher positions do not get you paid any more you will only just work your self more. Some supervisors are extremely rude and are not approachable Heat is extreme in the warehouse Extremely over worked Some managers and Supervisors care more about the work than the workers and can’t leave work until it’s all done Many will quit on the first day or if not in a few hours
