I love the culture of the company and the people I work with. It is great being able to help customers find solutions for problems.

Cons

Not the same company I started with 10 years ago. I feel like we lost something when the company went public. The visual job is now more focused on sales, sales, sales.

They have a small team at the majority of the stores but it was a positive work environment. The work was easy and fun.

Cons

The hours fluctuate a lot. More often there are few hours to give.
