      1. The 401k match--even for part-time employees 2. The emphasis on respectful communication 3. The discount 4. I can set the number of hours that I'm available. 5. Positive co-worker vibes

      Cons

      1. There are a lot of passwords and apps to learn 2. TCS is a good employer and I'm happy to be there, but the "Union-free" sermon is offensive. I wouldn't be where I am today without my Union-member parents. 3. Virtual training on cashier protocol, loss prevention, TCS policy--YES. Virtual training on building ELFA--NO.
