Pros

It have good pay. Good team work ethic. A very fun environment to work at. Great discount and benefits, flexible work time.

Cons

No advancement at all. Very hard to get full time job. And they will promise you will get a raise or promotion with at the end you didn't have it. You have to be at manager's good side in order for you to get higher pay and a promotion. The manager only promote the person they like the most even that person is not suitable for the job.

Pros

It's great working with many of the fun products. Mostly terrific customers and co-workers.

Cons

Oh boy, have things taken a turn. Apparently the Container Store is now a discounter. I always thought I was working for a world-class, top-tier seller of high quality products. Definitely not the case any more. Like Oprah says (to paraphrase...) "and YOU get a discount! And YOU get a discount!" Hey, discounts all around!
