      Pros

      Co-workers are the best and work well as a team. The discount on merchandise and ELFA is great.

      Cons

      Systems and processes are plagued with issues and are not customer service friendly or easy to use or correct issues. Staff that have been with the company for years and are the "Gumby" & "3=1" employee they want are making only .50 more than someone who starts today. Satish promised a separate raise two years ago for staff that have been with the company for years to compensate for the overall increase of all staff to $15.00.

      The people at the store are amazing

      Cons

      The store/company is doing well profit wise. However, they under schedule payroll and the full-timers are doing the job of 5 people. I understand 1=3, but you cannot retain good employees if you treat them like a workhorse.
