Nice discount, quality products and staff.

Cons

Slow down with the new initiatives. It would be a benefit for the teams to master one new program/device/etc before throwing on another one. Work on making 'tools' ie:programs, store reports and other in-store applications easy for the end user, the store team, and not the analyzer who has never worked IN a store. Stop focusing on generating reporting for detailed analysis by the ever growing executive group who have chewed up any training payroll we could have to successfully implement all that is thrown at us. There yearly 'merit increase' doesn't even cover the cost of living that goes up yearly.

They start you off at $15

Cons

They force you to do truck which is $17 because they are too cheap to afire a actual truck team, coworkers are very rude and they always gaslight you into thinking you’re the bad guy when you stand up for yourself, management and team leads are awful. Also no hours! Prioritize full time over part time clearly, don’t care for your education and won’t give you time for your studies even if you mention in an interview that you plan to go into school, manager gets jealous if you have another job besides theirs.
