      Pros

      Paid time off and benefits even for part time employees, great employee discount, and managers who truly care about your well being. One of the only places I’ve worked where it feels like everyone pulls their weight and it’s truly a joy coming to work.

      Cons

      After Kip Tindell stepped down as CEO and Melissa Reiff assumed the role, the expectations of employees seemed to begin to exceed what was actually possible to achieve. Might be different now with the current CEO. Also did not entirely love some of the campaign sets being timed around major holidays like July 4th, when they could easily be moved a week before or after.
