Pros

The stores have nice products and you get a good discount. It's somewhat fun to work with customers to find products for their home projects.

Cons

Being expected to work nights and having to clean bathrooms, when it seems that not everyone has to. There is a lot of walking and physical work involved. No breaks given if you work less than 6 hours and all the shifts you get are just under 6 hours.
