Pros
I have met the greatest people while working at TCS. However, none of these people happen to be part of the management staff.
Cons
Getting time off is a joke. Even if you have someone to cover your shift they will still deny you or give you a hard time. Also, there is absolutely no respect given to the employees from the "supervisors". They are rude, dismissive, and devoid of any value. You are also expected to read and respond to all emails, and seemingly on YOUR PERSONAL time, as they never schedule time for you to do so at work. Worst of all, there is currenty an imposed pay freeze and a fight for hours, but they CONTINUE to hire people!! I could go on, but it would take all night.
