      Good salary, frequent breaks, variety of hours, frequent promotions, health care for full timers, a lot of time spent on safety

      Cons

      Discouragement of unions, difficult to become full time, heavy competition for shifts, insufficient training for customer interactions, difficult meeting times, very short shifts

      Pros

      Ranked in Fortune for the last decade in best places to work. Good environment and management tries to get everyone involved and informed.

      Cons

      Pretty medial job if you are not upper management. If you enjoy retail then this will be the place for you. If you are looking for something more than I suggest looking elsewhere. Scheduling and management seems a bit confused and unorganized a lot of the time. Terrible hours like 5am shifts and working to midnight the night before.
