Best reasons to work at TCS. . . . the management is friendly and supportive, the employees are fun to work with, the environment is clean and organized and the benefits are generous. TCS is a great place to work - I love it.

Huge employee discounts, lots of interaction with customers, more hours of training than any other retailer. Higher average pay than most retailers.

Cons

Management becomes less supportive over time...the smiley exterior wears off, and you're increasingly left to your own devices.
