Pros

The pay is acceptable compared to some other retail places.

Cons

Your listed duties on your schedule often betray what you actually have to end up doing when going in (i.e. you go to "Host" and they end up making you walk rounds and merchandise). Break times are short and there are next to no opportunities for employees to rest outside of that time. On a PERSONAL level, the job has somehow managed to suck much joy out of my life despite working ~15-20 hours a week.
