Best reasons to work at TCS. . . . the management is friendly and supportive, the employees are fun to work with, the environment is clean and organized and the benefits are generous. TCS is a great place to work - I love it.

Some of the best coworkers ever had! Managers are friendly and energetic! Great customers! Positive vibe

Cons

No 10 or 15 minute break in a 5 hour shift management puts too much pressure on you to get people to sign up for their reward system or they cut your hours. have to get be there 10-15 minutes early before shift starts to participate in huddle have to wake up as early as 4-5am if doing truck
