Pros
Overall set schedule was really nice. Opportunities to boost store moral and engagement and yearly budget to treat the team. Great discount.
Cons
Training was all over the place, partially just thrown into the role due to my background and being able to pick up on things quickly. Overall company outlook is a bit bleak right now after layoffs, mine included. Not sure corporate is understanding current customers, yes older customers are shopping less so older products can leave and make way for new products, but younger customers are cautious or not spending as much. Health benefits are lack luster, highest out of pocket deductible I’ve ever experienced, and first time I’ve ever had to hit it.
