Pros
The 1 = 3 policy pretty much ensures that you are only working with great people. Everyone there is high energy and fun to interact with. Everyone is eager to help you learn as well.
Cons
Getting all of the sales stickers off of merchandise after a big campaign is a pain. With over 10,000 products, it's very difficult to make sure all the sale stickers get changed. If you miss one, and then the customer wants 10 of that product, we have to honor the sale price.
