Management was hit or miss. We had a lot of turnover at our store so it was always changing. When CEO Satish came, everything changed went downhill and didn’t feel like the company cared about its employees like before. Not much work/life balance in this role bc you always have to be on your phone and available.

I was working for them at a time of major change as the company took on a new CEO. Their direction and tactics were constantly shifting as they tried to introduce new product. So much in fact, that by the time the designers and in-home designers started to implement what they were just trained on, we would need be addressed with new information or changes to what they had just released. I had worked with them for three total years, and the final year was when I started to feel the weight of the issues.
