      Pros

      They have great pay, provide benefits, and give an adequate lunch break.

      Cons

      Shifts dont operate within daycare hours When you ask for advice on this usually employers have programs and options for you but they do not. Typical warehouse attendence policy which can be fairly brutal during bad weather.
